Stoneware with pink glaze. Side handle. 6 x 8 x 3.5 with lid. Holds 16oz. Does the spout drip when you stop pouring? Yes, but not too bad. Hey, I'm still trying to figure out teapots! Bottom line it's a very cute teapot.
